FT signs Action Plan for Diversity and Inclusion Pledge

Sinéad Timoney, COO of Fehily Timoney, has signed the Association of Consulting Engineers Ireland (ACEI) Diversity & Inclusion charter, a business commitment to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. This is a commitment to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected, and employees feel comfortable and encouraged to discuss diversity, equity and inclusion.

Internally, FT supports our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee to empower employees and create an inclusive environment.

“We are an employee-focused workplace,” said Sinéad Timoney, “Diversity and inclusivity bring demonstrable value and innovation to our clients and business, while creating a sense of belonging for everyone. This pledge will support how we can improve our EDI initiatives further.”
